Our service involves the sponsorship of qualified, business-inclined professionals and executivesthrough our network of international firms. For clients seeking to conduct business in China, we may facilitate their legal employment within our corporate structure, which can then support their application for a corresponding Chinese work visa and residence permit, as sponsored by our entity.

This process is designed exclusively for bona fide partners and directors engaged in genuine international trade and business development activities aimed at enhancing global trade.


3. Client Responsibilities and Acknowledgements:
By engaging with DEIL for these services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Eligibility: You are a qualified business professional, partner, or director with a genuine intention to engage in international trade and business activities.

  • No Guarantee of Visa: The approval of any visa or residence permit is solely at the discretion of the Chinese government and its authorized agencies (including Chinese embassies, consulates, and entry-exit bureaus). DEIL does not and cannot guarantee the approval, or specific timing, of any visa application.

  • Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all personal, professional, and financial information submitted to both DEIL and the relevant government authorities. Provision of false or misleading information will result in the immediate termination of our services.

  • Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, and requirements of the People's Republic of China pertaining to your visa, work, and residence. Rules and policies are subject to change without notice.


4. Limitation of Liability:
DEIL, its officers, and employees shall not be held liable for any:

  • Rejection, delay, or denial of a visa application by government authorities.

  • Financial losses, indirect damages, or opportunity costs resulting from a visa decision.

  • Consequences arising from a client's failure to provide accurate information or to comply with applicable laws and regulations.


5. Governing Law:
This disclaimer and any contractual relationship with DEIL shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the specific DEIL entity contracting the client is registered.
