Guidelines for Using Official Email Addresses for Corporate Services

To ensure the security and authenticity of our communications, all requests for corporate services must be submitted using official company email addresses. This policy applies to services including, but not limited to:

  • Visa applications and extensions

  • Tax reporting and compliance

  • Applications for visas to any country

Official Email Domains

The following email domains are recognized for all official correspondence:

  • @deilgroup.cn

  • @oecpartner.com

  • @deileducation.com

  • @deilbazar.org

We do not send official documents to private email addresses, in order to protect both our organization and our partner firms from potential security risks or misuse.

Requesting an Official Email

Members of our organization or our corporate partners may request an official email account. Please note:

  • There is a nominal fee for issuance, typically $30 per year (subject to verification of the current rate).

  • Official email accounts ensure secure and verifiable communication for all corporate services.
