Terms & Conditions on Commission and Payment

Parties
Party A: DEIL GROUP CO. LTD
Party B: The Beneficiary
1. General Scope
This agreement governs the commission entitlements of Party B when recommending clients, buyers, or projects to Party A. Party A shall compensate Party B strictly according to the commission structure set forth in this document.
2. Commission Structure
For orders valued at USD 1 – 100,000
Party B shall receive 20% of the net profit.For orders valued between USD 100,001 – 500,000
Party B shall receive 15% of the net profit.For orders valued between USD 500,001 – 1,000,000
Party B shall receive 12% of the net profit.For orders valued between USD 1,000,001 – 10,000,000
Party B shall receive 10% of the net profit.For orders above USD 10,000,000
Party B shall receive 1% – 10% of the net profit, to be determined by mutual agreement. A separate contractshall be signed for such large-scale transactions.
3. Definitions
Net Profit: Calculated as gross revenue minus all direct expenses (procurement, logistics, taxes, and administrative costs).
Recommendation: A buyer, client, or project that Party B directly introduces to Party A, leading to a confirmed transaction.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions shall be calculated upon completion of each transaction and settlement of payments from the buyer.
Payment to Party B will be made within 30 working days after confirmation of net profit.
All payments shall be made through official banking channels.
5. Limitations & Exclusions
Party B shall not receive commissions for projects or clients already registered or engaged with Party A before Party B’s recommendation.
Any disputes regarding commission entitlement must be raised within 30 days of receiving the commission statement.
6. Updates & Binding Effect
This agreement is dynamic and may be updated periodically at Party A’s discretion. Updates will be published at: https://deilgroup.cn/distributor1990
For each delivery receipt from Party A’s official email server to Party B’s mail server, such receipt shall be considered legal proof of communication and may be used in any legal proceedings.
