Policy Title: Global Expansion & Partnerships Strategy Bulletin
Category: Corporate Strategy & Growth
Applies To: DEIL Executives, Partners, Regional Directors, Franchise Leads, and Strategic Affiliates

 Overview

At DEIL Group Co. Ltd, global expansion is not just an ambition—it is a structured mandate driven by data, purpose, and performance. This policy outlines our strategic focus and expectations for expansion partnerships across international markets.

Our expansion model is uniquely designed to reflect our core business mission:

  • 20% of DEIL’s global activity is devoted to governmental (local/federal) and corporate project partnerships.

  • 80% is dedicated to the development and explosion of DEIL outlets worldwide, serving as the retail engine that connects all DEIL Group services and affiliate companies.

 1. Strategic Objectives

  • To establish DEIL Mini Outlets as retail intelligence hubs in emerging and established markets.

  • To use outlet networks as a bridge for government and corporate partnerships, especially in infrastructure, energy, and innovation sectors.

  • To create a global ecosystem where DEIL Group services are accessible through smart retail points.

 2. Partnership Criteria

To maintain quality and integrity across regions, DEIL only enters into partnership with entities or individuals that:

  • Demonstrate operational capacity in the target country or region.

  • Show financial integrity and capacity to invest or manage DEIL assets (outlets, logistics, or project infrastructure).

  • Align with DEIL’s data transparency and digital compliance standards.

  • Have a track record in government/corporate negotiations or community-level retail distribution.

 3. Expansion Targets

DEIL’s current expansion focus includes, but is not limited to:

  • Asia: Vietnam, China, Malaysia

  • Africa: Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya

  • Europe: Poland, France, Germany

  • Australia & Pacific: Australia, New Zealand

Each country will be handled by a Regional Director and must run under the DEIL Operations Policy.

 4. Outlet-Driven Synergy

The DEIL Outlet Model is more than retail—it is a portal through which global services flow:

  • Every outlet connects customers to DEIL’s logistics, finance, energy, digital, and franchise systems.

  • Expansion of outlets is measured by the “10x10 Rule”: Every 10 outlets must employ 10 local staff and feed into one central DEIL ecosystem per region.

 5. Proposal & Onboarding Process

All partnership proposals must:

  1. Be submitted through the DEIL Director Portal.

  2. Include a clear business case, market justification, and regional compliance plan.

  3. Pass internal due diligence checks before MoU or license grants.

Onboarding partners will receive:

  • Regional branding materials.

  • Full DEIL policy training.

  • Access to the DEIL Global Partners Network.

6. Integrity & Termination

DEIL reserves the right to review or terminate any partnership that fails to meet performance, ethical, or reporting standards. All operations must remain in line with our Duly Delicense Policy, ensuring transparency at every level.
