As part of our European operations, DEIL GROUP CO. LTD respects Finland’s nationally observed public holidays. Our local activities, project milestones, and stakeholder engagement in Finland are structured around the official Finnish calendar.

The following holidays are recognized nationally and observed by DEIL Finland offices:


 Recognized Public Holidays in Finland:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)

  • Epiphany (January 6)

  • Good Friday

  • Easter Sunday & Easter Monday

  • May Day / Vappu (May 1 – also Labour Day)

  • Ascension Day (40 days after Easter)

  • Pentecost (50 days after Easter)

  • Midsummer Eve (Friday between June 19–25)

  • Midsummer Day (Saturday after Midsummer Eve)

  • All Saints’ Day (Saturday between October 31 and November 6)

  • Independence Day (December 6)

  • Christmas Eve (December 24)

  • Christmas Day (December 25)

  • Boxing Day / St. Stephen’s Day (December 26)


Note:
Finland’s holidays are consistent nationwide. DEIL operations within the region will adjust business and communication schedules accordingly. Some observances, like Midsummer, carry significant cultural importance and may impact operations more heavily.
