This article outlines the responsibilities and procedures regarding the payment of social insurance for foreign employees (Z Visa holders) working under DEIL GROUP CO. LTD in Yiwu City, China. 2.0 Parties Involved
2.1 Party A: DEIL GROUP CO., LTD (Employer/Sponsor)
Responsible for sponsoring the foreign applicant’s work visa (Z Visa) and ensuring compliance with employment-related legal obligations in China.
2.2 Party B: Yiwu Immigration Bureau (Visa Authority)
Responsible for issuing and regulating work visas (Z Visa) and ensuring foreign nationals remain compliant with visa conditions.

The individual employed under Party A’s sponsorship and subject to China’s employment and social insurance laws.
3.0 Policy on Social Insurance Payments
3.1 Obligation to Pay
Party C is required to ensure that all monthly social insurance contributions are fully paid in accordance with Chinese law.
3.2 Methods of Payment
Option 1: Payment directly to the relevant government social insurance office.
Option 2: Payment to Party A, who will remit the funds to the relevant government department on behalf of Party C.
3.3 Consequences of Non-Payment
If Party C fails to pay social insurance contributions in full and on time:
Party A may be obligated to report the unpaid status to the relevant authorities.
Non-payment may result in administrative penalties, fines, and visa-related complications.
This may also negatively impact Party A’s compliance record with the local government, affecting future visa and work permit applications.
4.0 Reporting and Compliance
4.1 Party A’s Responsibility
Party A must maintain accurate records of all social insurance payments made for or by Party C.
In cases of non-payment, Party A will notify Party C in writing before taking any action with the authorities.
4.2 Party C’s Responsibility
Party C must provide proof of payment (if paid directly to the government) or ensure timely payment to Party A to avoid disruptions in their legal status.
