3.0 Party C: Foreign Applicant (Z Visa Holder).


1.0 Financial Obligations for Party C (Foreign Applicant)

1.1 Annual License & Visa Fees

1.1.1 Payment Timeline:

  • Must be paid 2–3 months prior to the expiration of the business license cycle year.

  • Example: If the business license is opened on December 31, payment is due by September 30.

1.1.2 Fee Structure:

  • Covers both business license renewal and associated visa fees.

  • Exact amounts specified in the initial contract (Party A will provide documentation).

1.1.3 Critical Notes:

  • Late payments may:

    • Incur government penalties (About 20% surcharge after 30 days).

    • Freeze business operations until resolved.


2.0 Parties Involved & Responsibilities

2.1 Party A: DEIL GROUP CO., LTD

2.1.1 Role: Visa sponsor and license facilitator.
2.1.2 Financial Coordination:

  • Issues payment reminders 4 months in advance.

  • Not liable for delays caused by Party C.

2.2 Party B: Yiwu Immigration Bureau

2.2.1 Enforcement:

  • Zero tolerance for late payments (strict 60-day grace period).

2.3 Party C: Foreign Applicant

2.3.1 Compliance Requirements:

  • Maintain separate bank account for visa/license fees.

  • Submit payment confirmations to Party A within 3 business days.


3.0 Policy Annex

3.1 Payment Methods

  • Wire transfer to designated government account.

  • Alipay/WeChat Pay accepted for amounts under ¥50,000.

3.2 Audit Rights

  • Yiwu authorities may request About 5 years of payment records.
