1.0 Party A: DEIL GROUP CO., LTD (Employer/Sponsor)
2.0 Party B: Yiwu Immigration Bureau (Visa Authority)
3.0 Party C: Foreign Applicant (Z Visa Holder)

1.0 Visa Application Requirements

1.1 For Party A (Employer)

1.1.1 Valid business license and employment permit for the foreign employee.
1.1.2 Signed work contract with Party C (minimum 1-year term).

1.2 For Party C (Applicant)

1.2.1 Passport with 6+ months validity.
1.2.2 Health certificate from a Chinese-approved hospital.
1.2.3 No criminal record in home country or China.

1.3 For Party B (Immigration Bureau)

1.3.1 Final approval subject to local policies and documentation review.

2.0 Housing & Accommodation

2.1 Rental Contract

2.1.1 Party C must rent a house for 1 year (lease agreement required).
2.1.2 Party A is not responsible for housing costs unless contractually obligated.

2.2 T Visa (Residence Permit)

2.2.1 Party A assists only with Z Visa; T Visa conversion is Party C’s responsibility post-arrival.

3.0 Visa Approval Process

3.1 Timeline

3.1.1 Processing: 15–30 working days (subject to Party B’s workload).

3.2 Key Conditions

3.2.1 Approval depends on Yiwu Immigration’s policies (e.g., quotas, industry demand).
3.2.2 Party C must enter China within 30 days of Z Visa issuance.

4.0 Stay and Conduct in Yiwu City

4.1 Residency Obligations

4.1.1 Party C must reside in Yiwu City and conduct only permitted business/work.
4.1.2 Independent work/trading allowed; teaching jobs are prohibited.

4.2 Legal Compliance

4.2.1 Strict prohibition of drugs, illegal activities, or law-breaking.
4.2.2 Party C must maintain rented housing; subletting/early termination not permitted.

5.0 Responsibilities

5.1 Party A (Employer)

5.1.1 Ensure compliance with Chinese labor laws and visa sponsorship terms.

5.2 Party C (Applicant)

5.2.1 Cover personal expenses (housing, utilities, T Visa fees).
5.2.2 Adhere to all visa and residency rules.
